These Terms of Service govern the web design and digital services provided by Kruzbit ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the client"). By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Kruzbit provides website design, development, SEO, digital marketing, logo and branding, and domain, hosting and email setup. The exact scope of each project is agreed with you before we begin, based on the package and add-ons you choose.
After you place an order we confirm the details and send an invoice. Website packages are a one-time payment unless stated otherwise. Ongoing services such as SEO, ad management or maintenance are billed monthly. Work begins once payment (or an agreed deposit) is received and you have provided the content we need.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, text, images and any logos you want used, and for ensuring you have the right to use them. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or late content.
Our packages include unlimited revisions within the agreed scope of your project, so we can refine your website until you are happy with it. Delivery timelines (such as 48 hours) begin once we have received your content and payment, and may vary for larger or custom projects, which we confirm in advance.
Once your project is fully paid, you own your website and its content, and we hand over access to your domain and accounts. Any third-party tools, plugins or stock assets remain subject to their own licences.
We offer a money-back promise: if we are unable to deliver the website we agreed on, you do not pay. Once a website has been delivered and approved, payments for completed work are non-refundable. Monthly services can be cancelled at any time for future months.
We deliver our services with care, but we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or issues caused by third-party services (such as hosting outages or changes made by you after handover). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
